At this time, Toxic Princess operates on a pre-order basis as we continue building our luxury inventory.

All orders are carefully processed and shipped once your pre-order has been secured. Customers will receive shipping updates once their order has been fulfilled.

Processing times may vary due to the custom nature of luxury hair products. Please allow adequate time for order preparation and delivery.

Once an order has shipped, Toxic Princess is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Baltimore, Maryland Pre-Order & Pickup Information

For customers located in Baltimore, Maryland, local pickup is available.

If you prefer not to have your package delivered to your home due to theft concerns, you may choose the Hold & Pickup option.

How it Works

• Your order will be shipped to me first

• Once your order arrives, you will be notified

• You will have 2 days to schedule pickup

This option is perfect for customers who want to secure their order and avoid lost or stolen packages.

Important Pickup Policy
• Orders held 3 days or longer will incur a $30 daily hold fee

• Orders not picked up may be canceled without refund
